The versatile LOCKFORM is robustly engineered and constructed with the highest quality components to assure trouble-free round the clock operation. The standard machine is equipped to thermoform PVC and Kydex films without the use of a membrane.
The machine can be delivered in a variety of loading tray configurations according to your production needs. It can be optionally equipped with our cost effective Pin Pedestal System to eliminate the need for pedestal panels or a membrane package for 3-D lamination of heat transfer foils, HPL, and natural wood veneers.
The LOCKFORM features state-of-the-art membraneless technology. Working without a membrane saves thousands of dollars per year in replacing silicon membranes. The LOCKFORM reliably laminates films as thin as 10 mil (250 micron) thickness without any difficulty.
The LOCKFORM utilizes both vacuum below the film and
positive air pressure above the film to form the film into
even the most detailed profile with superior definition.
Deep, intricate profiles and recessed finger pulls are no problem for the LOCKFORM.
The optional PPS Pin Pedestal System eliminates the expense and hassle of pedestal panels. Setting the pins is quick and easy. There are no complicated electronics or pneumatic components to maintain. Just push down one row of pins around each panel. Thats all there is to it. All the remaining pins stay in the up position. At the end of the press cycle the operator can choose to have all of the pins automatically reset to the up position or leave them as set.
